Ian Shaw leaflet

Ian Shaw, one of Britains top jazz performers, is bringing a quartet to Henley during Arts 4 All week. Born in Wales he began stage life as a stand-up comedian before revealing an immense talent for jazz piano, singing and songwriting. With no musical boundaries, his songbook ranges from mainstream jazz to interpretations of artists and writers of all kinds. He hosts a weekly Jazz FM show directly from Ronnie Scott’s and has won several national jazz awards.

Ian will be joined by saxophonist Tony Kofi and backed by top pianist and bass players Barry and Dave Green for these special concerts showcasing their new album, An Adventurous Dream. The album is based on the superb music of Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn his co-writer.

There will be two shows on Sunday 7th April – 4pm and 7pm. To get your tickets to this unmissable event, please contact Richard Clark on richclark100@gmail.com or henleyarts4all.co.uk for tickets
